Support Analyst Opportunity in Lincoln

DB Charles Recruitment is working with a client to find a permanent Support Analyst to join their growing business in Lincoln. The role involves providing excellent customer support service to the company's customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training on IT systems and specific applications to deliver end-user support
  • Taking and recording customer queries onto the support database ticketing system
  • Providing support and resolutions to a variety of application and software queries
  • Diarising and returning customers' phone calls
  • Actioning fault responses in line with company procedures and agreed contracts
  • Reporting major faults or bugs to the System Development Team using the correct reporting tools
  • SQL updates
  • Working closely with the Support Manager
  • Liaising with internal teams
Requirements:
  • Preferable background in customer service or a telephone-based role
  • Will consider recent graduates with an interest in IT and systems
  • A background in application or software support is highly advantageous
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Working knowledge of basic IT systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous
  • Ability to commit to a permanent role based in Lincoln with hybrid working

The client is offering a salary up to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience. The role will be Monday to Friday with different shift patterns on offer.
