We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to join our team at IQVIA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maximising the sales performance of our launch product in urology.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the NHS structure, payer landscape, and market access pathways. They will also possess strong influencing skills and experience in overcoming local access barriers.

Key responsibilities include assessing and analysing regions to identify business potential, prioritising key accounts, and creating effective business plans. Additionally, the successful candidate will understand and navigate local access pathways, including formularies and guidelines.

In terms of qualifications and experience, the successful candidate should have proven sales experience with a continuous drive for personal development. They should also have a strong understanding of IT business systems, particularly MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

We offer a competitive salary of around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to help you achieve and exceed your sales targets.
