Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a talented Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team in Leeds/Bradford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving enterprise growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and presenting our market-leading proposition.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business leads through self-sourced initiatives and cold calling.
- Conduct in-person business reviews to understand customer requirements and tailor your approach.
- Present our market-leading proposition, negotiate, and close business contracts.
- Build strong relationships with our customers to influence and maximize opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Utilize Microsoft applications and customer success software to optimize performance.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- A competitive annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000, inclusive of a £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel.
- Quarterly and annual incentives (total value: £16,000).
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, 8 UK bank holidays, company mobile phone, laptop, contributory pension scheme, share incentive scheme, life assurance, and Electric Vehicle Scheme.
- Ongoing training and induction to support your career development.
The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
