About the Role

We're looking for a Student Applications Officer with impeccable customer service and attention to detail to join our Marketing and Recruitment team. In this role, you will:

  • Work as part of a tight-knit team to deliver a fantastic recruitment journey to our prospective students.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our students, supporting them through the application, interview, and enrolment process.
  • Develop processes to ensure efficient recruitment processes for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in customer service, admissions, or office environments, with experience of processing information using online systems.
  • A team player who enjoys being part of a team and liaising with other departments.
  • Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills, with a willingness to go the extra mile to support applicants.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately using online systems and processes.
