We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our luxury elderly residential home in the Devon area.

Job Summary:The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This includes managing a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of the home, ensuring seamless delivery of care services and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Ensure the financial sustainability of the home by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
- Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents' families, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Represent the home in the local community and maintain a positive image.
- Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the resident experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a residential or nursing home, ideally focused on luxury care.
- Previous experience managing a large-sized nursing home and a strong track record of CQC compliance.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proven track record of success and ability to thrive in an autonomous role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package.
