Luxury Residential Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our luxury elderly residential home in Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the operational aspects of the home, ensuring seamless delivery of care services and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation, ensuring the financial sustainability of the home.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents' families, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. Represent the home in the local community and maintain a positive image.
  • Continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the resident experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a residential or nursing home, ideally focused on luxury care.
  • Previous experience managing a large-sized nursing home and a strong track record of CQC compliance.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proven track record of success and ability to thrive in an autonomous role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits package.
