Offline Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing and sales, with a strong understanding of electronic retail dynamics and trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement in the offline channel.
- Work closely with local account and marketing teams to support the execution of channel marketing activities, including campaign development, promotions, and event planning.
- Manage marketing budgets for DE accounts and plan and roll out new business accounts to increase share of voice and search.
- Develop and strengthen contacts with account partners and agencies to deliver plans and achieve commercial goals.
- Native level fluency in German and English is required.
- Several years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in consumer product marketing.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
- Experience in data analysis and ability to deep dive data.
- Creative, innovative, and adaptive skills.
