We are looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join our team and take on the responsibility of overseeing the construction of a new hospital in North Lanarkshire.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare construction, including knowledge of KSAR, Scottish hospital inquiries, Scottish IPC, Scottish HTMs and HTNs.

This role involves ensuring the quality and safety of construction works, monitoring contractors' progress, reporting on tests and inspections, and maintaining detailed site records.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in healthcare construction
  • Expertise in Scottish health and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate site records

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Work Location: Airdrie, North Lanarkshire
