Sales Development Representative

Libra Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their Business Development team in Cambridge. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent the company across your selected region, identifying new business through cold calling and new business development.
- Manage sales diaries and utilize email, LinkedIn, and company databases to build new contact lists.
- Update and maintain sales database, securing meetings with potential new business at their offices.
- Promote and invite potential clients to company events, and perform administrative duties.
- An academic degree (2:1 or higher).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong desire to work in sales and business development.
- Target-driven and result-oriented.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
As a successful Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with on-track earnings of £70,000 in your first year. Our client offers a generous holiday allowance and other fantastic benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday.
