As a Finance Manager - Operational & Data Excellence, you'll play a critical role in communicating our operating and commercial performance to the Board, Leadership Team, and Creditors. You'll influence the Company annual budget process, challenge the rolling reforecast process, and own the process for reporting ongoing business risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

* Influence the Company annual budget process for Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays
* Challenge the Company rolling reforecast process for Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays
* Own the process for reporting ongoing business risks and opportunities
* Manage the process of generating insight and reporting
* Provide insight to Senior Management and the Leadership Team
* Reviews existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts

Requirements:

* Significant experience providing regular finance support and reporting into an operational area
* Ability to influence and gain experience in leadership
* Evidence of personally driving business improvement through financial analysis/process improvement
* Previous experience in developing financial cases for complex business strategies
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Shows ambition and desire to progress in Management at Virgin Atlantic
