Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and excellence.

About the Role
  • Provide financial support and reporting to our operational teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate business risks, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Lead the development of financial cases for complex business strategies, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business improvement through financial analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and simple messages.
