Job Title: Commercial Finance Manager

Virgin Atlantic is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and excellence.

About the Role
  • Provide financial support and reporting to our operational teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in financial analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to drive business performance and excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and concise messages.
  • Experience in developing and implementing financial processes and procedures, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations to senior management.
