Finance Manager - Operational & Data Excellence

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Virgin Atlantic Limited. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement through financial analysis and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to the Board, Leadership Team, and Senior Leadership Group.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager - Budgeting and Forecasting to implement reporting measures and communicate insights.
  • Manage the process of generating insight and reporting, effectively communicating the operating and commercial performance and results of Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays.
  • Responsible for reporting business unit P&Ls and providing insight to Senior Management and the Leadership Team.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager who can drive business improvement through financial analysis and process improvement. You will have significant experience providing regular finance support and reporting into an operational area, and evidence of personally driving business improvement through financial analysis/process improvement.
