About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team at Valeo Foods UK. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of skills training and compliance using our learning management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Training Communication Plans: Develop and distribute training announcements to ensure all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Compliance and Tracking: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of training information to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Training Scheduling and Logistics: Coordinate scheduling, implementation, and logistical activities for training and administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration and Partnership Building: Work closely with Shift Managers and Team Leaders to determine training needs and delivery.
  • Matrix Maintenance: Maintain the training matrix to ensure the site is ready for audit.
  • Induction and Orientation: Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Training Delivery: Host training sessions to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

  • Strong Partnerships: Ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
