Job Overview
The Mailroom Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of onsite services. This position requires a flexible and proactive approach to meet the diverse needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of tasks across multiple onsite services while maintaining a flexible and proactive demeanor.
- Deliver services that meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uphold high-quality standards.
- Ensure precise compliance with all operational processes and promptly address any issues that arise.
- Represent Pertemps Bond with professionalism and pride, fostering a positive company image.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Manage printing and scanning operations within the mailroom.
- Strictly adhere to operational policies and procedures.
- Generate timely and accurate reports as necessary.
- Complete all required training within designated timelines.
- Assist in the training and development of team members.
- Provide flexible support for team initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication within the team.
- Actively participate in meetings and contribute positively.
- Monitor stock levels and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
