Job Overview
The Mailroom Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of onsite services. This position requires a flexible and proactive approach to meet the diverse needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a variety of tasks across multiple onsite services while maintaining a flexible and proactive demeanor.
  • Deliver services that meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Ensure precise compliance with all operational processes and promptly address any issues that arise.
  • Represent Pertemps Bond with professionalism and pride, fostering a positive company image.
Main Duties:
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage printing and scanning operations within the mailroom.
  • Strictly adhere to operational policies and procedures.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports as necessary.
  • Complete all required training within designated timelines.
  • Assist in the training and development of team members.
  • Provide flexible support for team initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team.
  • Actively participate in meetings and contribute positively.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any equipment issues promptly.
