At Sodexo, we're looking for a skilled Mailroom Coordinator to join our team in York. As a Post Office Operative, you'll be responsible for managing, distributing, and collecting mail across the site. You'll also create staff passes and access, store event equipment, screen goods, and handle off-site archiving. Heavy lifting is required for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing mail distribution and collection

  • Screening goods
  • Handling off-site archiving

Requirements for this role include:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills for record keeping/tracking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
