Mailroom Assistant

We are seeking a Post Office Operative to assist with sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to various departments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing outgoing mail, including packaging, labelling, and coordinating pick-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to various departments.
- Outgoing Mail: Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labelling, and coordinating pick-ups.
- Internal Mail: Assist with internal mail and document deliveries within the office.
- Mailroom Maintenance: Keep the mailroom organised, clean, and efficient.
Requirements:
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
