Job Title: Cloud Solutions Executive

Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Executive to join our Presales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Regional Presales & Sales teams in upselling the benefits of Cloud-based delivery and identifying opportunities to position Cloud-related products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work globally to support the Regional Presales & Sales teams in upselling Cloud-based delivery and identifying opportunities to position Cloud-related products.
  • Collaborate with the Cloud Design, Engineering & Provisioning teams to build and maintain pre-sales literature and fact sheets across various product portfolios.
  • Ensure the security, operational, and commercial benefits of KCS Cloud solutions are captured and presented clearly in all collateral.
  • Support Cloud-related RFIs/RFPs by building and maintaining templated responses to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Assist in the production of webinars, events, and other recorded collateral.
  • Support Application Technical Pre-sales teams to ensure Cloud Infrastructure is available, current, and fit for purpose to enable customer-facing demonstration systems.
  • Continually improve the KCS internal understanding and knowledge of Cloud solutions offered.
  • Interact with other members of the Global and Regional Presales teams to deliver the best solution for customers and their business requirements.
  • Assist with internal reporting on initiatives, sales activities, and aligned projects.
Requirements:
  • A proven understanding of general IT Server hardware, Operating System, and Networking infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, Networking, and Infrastructure roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing sales engagement and solution selling.
  • Experience with Data Centres & Co-Lo Hosting providers and solutions.
  • Good understanding of Private & Public Cloud Technologies, including Hybrid and on-prem legacy systems.
  • Working experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI (IaaS/PaaS) offerings would be advantageous.
  • Experience of system migrations into a Cloud environment and/or Cloud to Cloud migrations.
  • The ability to understand and assimilate requirements and convert these to presentations & demonstrations to show compelling business benefit to the customer and why they should invest in KCS Cloud solutions.
  • Able to speak with current/potential customers to clearly understand any technical requirements/limitations and to position relevant solution(s).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as polished presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to articulate KCS Cloud solutions commensurate with audience (be that technical and/or non-technical).
  • Location flexible, though must embrace a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, with the ability to be flexible and think out of the box. Able to work autonomously when needed.
  • IT/Technical or MSP/CSP background preferred.
