Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Capri-Sun Expansion Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for expanding and further developing Capri-Sun within your allocated Food-service customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth within key route-to-market partners, focusing on regional QSR chains, contract catering sites, multi-site operators, Pub Groups, Universities, and travel + leisure customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leading negotiations and escalating where necessary.
  • Build and influence stakeholder maps to ensure best-in-class visibility, promotions, brand activations, and listings of the Capri-Sun brand.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of the UK food-service sector and key wholesalers within the channel.
  • Ownership mentality with customers, delivering results and seeking new opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize workload for maximum outputs.
  • Emotionally intelligent, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
What We Offer
  • Annual Base Salary range - £35,000 to £37,000 depending on experience.
  • Additional car allowance and performance-based annual bonus.
