Healthcare Educator

Elizabeth School of London is seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Health and Social Care.
We are committed to delivering high-quality education and training, and we are looking for an individual who can contribute to the development and delivery of our programs in Health and Social Care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with experience in developing and delivering curriculum content. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials for Health and Social Care programs.
- Tutor students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our programs, working closely with colleagues and external partners.
- Participate in research and scholarship activities, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in Health and Social Care.
Essential Requirements:
- Masters degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g. Health and Social Care).
- Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCHE, MA in HE Practice, FHEA).
- Experience of teaching and learning in a Higher Education setting.
Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in the industry related to Health and Social Care.
