We are seeking a Nurse Educator to join our team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Ward Sister and Practice Education Team to develop and deliver teaching packages, supporting staff in clinical areas to achieve competence and helping to develop the workforce.

Key responsibilities include working clinically alongside registered and non-registered staff, promoting and delivering clinical skills training practice while ensuring that skills adhere to UHL Policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience, evidence of innovations and achievements in clinical practice, and ongoing professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including high-quality care for all, being a great place to work, partnerships for impact, and research and education excellence.
