Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Our innovative medical device company in fertility is expanding its marketing function and seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEIA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for UK and Ireland in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Take ownership of various marketing activities, including leading and coordinating events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including tactics and strategy.
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
  • Create local content and review and localize global content for social media and other digital channels.
  • Be responsible for continuously updating the local website.
  • Assist the sales team with material for tenders, product information, quality assurance documentation, sales statistics, custom reports, and similar.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working within marketing.
  • Strong digital and communication skills.
  • Experience working in MedTech, Life Sciences, or BioTech sectors.
  • A structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns and events.
  • Experience working across different regions.
  • Proficiency in marketing and sales tools, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, Hootsuite, and GotoWebinar.
  • Graphic skills, including InDesign and Canva.
  • Ability and willingness to travel a few days a month.
