We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEIA team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a crucial role in executing sales and marketing activities in the UK & Ireland region.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK & Ireland region.
- Marketing Activity Coordination: Take ownership of various marketing activities, including leading and coordinating internal and external events, conferences, workshops, customer meetings, and webinars.
- Product Launch Planning: Be an active participant in planning and executing product launches, including developing tactics and strategies.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
- Content Creation and Localization: Create local content and review and localize global content for social media and other digital channels.
- Website Management: Be responsible for continuously updating the local website.
- Support to Sales Team: Assist the sales team with material for tenders, product information, quality assurance documentation, sales statistics, custom reports, and similar.
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Support with planning, implementing, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Experience: Ideally have a degree in marketing and 2-3 years of experience working within marketing.
- Digital and Communication Skills: Strong digital and communication skills are essential.
- Industry Experience: Experience of working in the MedTech, Life Sciences, or BioTech sectors is highly desirable.
- Attributes: A structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented person with experience of planning and executing campaigns and events, working across different regions, and using marketing and sales tools.
