Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our EMEIA team, you will be responsible for executing sales and marketing activities in the UK and Ireland region.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the UK and Ireland region, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Take ownership of various marketing activities, including leading and coordinating campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external activities, such as conferences, workshops, customer meetings, and webinars.
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
  • Create local content and review and localize global content for social media and other digital channels.
  • Be responsible for continuously updating the local website.
  • Assist the sales team with material for tenders, product information, quality assurance documentation, sales statistics, custom reports, and similar.
  • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in marketing, preferably in the MedTech, Life Sciences, or BioTech sectors.
  • Strong digital and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a structured and solution-oriented environment.
  • Experience planning and executing campaigns and events.
  • Experience working across different regions.
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools, such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, Hootsuite, and GotoWebinar.
  • Graphic skills, such as InDesign and Canva.
  • Ability and willingness to travel a few days a month.
