Our innovative medical device company in fertility is expanding its marketing function and seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEIA team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for UK and Ireland in collaboration with the sales team.
- Take ownership of various marketing activities, including leading and coordinating events, conferences, and webinars.
- Plan and execute product launches, including tactics and strategy.
- Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
- Create local content and review and localize global content for social media and other digital channels.
- Be responsible for continuously updating the local website.
- Assist the sales team with material for tenders, product information, quality assurance documentation, sales statistics, custom reports, and similar.
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
- A degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working within marketing.
- Strong digital and communication skills.
- Experience working in MedTech, Life Sciences, or BioTech sectors.
- A structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience planning and executing campaigns and events.
- Experience working across different regions.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales tools, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, FormAssembly, Hootsuite, and GotoWebinar.
- Graphic skills, including InDesign and Canva.
- The ability and willingness to travel a few days a month.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our marketing function.
