Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional People Associate to join our Ergomed team. This role will provide administrative support to the Regional People HR Team, ensuring seamless execution of HR transactions and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional People HR Team with all HR transactional administrative tasks, including contract management, new hire data entry, and probation review coordination.
  • Triage and respond to HR queries via the HR Freshservice ticketing system, providing timely and accurate support to employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage leaver processes, coordinate exit interviews, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the Regional People team to develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide HR Generalist support to stakeholders, addressing employee relations and HR-related queries.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
  • Assist with analytical reporting and interpretations, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • University Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Entry-level HR knowledge, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
