London, Greater London, United Kingdom Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust Full time

About Us

We provide community health services to more than two million people across eleven London boroughs and Hertfordshire.

Our professionals provide high-quality healthcare in people's homes and local clinics, helping them to:

  • stay well
  • manage their own health with the right support
  • avoid unnecessary trips to, or long stays in, hospital.

We support our patients at every stage of their lives, providing health visiting for newborn babies through to community nursing, stroke rehabilitation, and palliative care for people towards the end of their lives.

This role is based at Alexandra Rehab Unit, where you will work as an active member of the multidisciplinary clinical team, providing a Physiotherapy service. You will be responsible for participating in the band 5 preceptorship programme, undertaking regular supervision and reflective practice, building and maintaining key relationships with referring services, and working in a variety of settings including clinics, clients' own homes, residential care homes, continuing care homes, and community centers.

As a skilled Physiotherapist, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to write comprehensive and informative reports, letters, and documentation regarding individual client diagnosis, progress, and outcomes. You will also be responsible for gaining valid, informed consent for assessment, treatment interventions, and sharing of information in compliance with legal and professional guidelines.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
