Physiotherapist Community Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Band 5 Community Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing physiotherapy services to patients in Alexandra Rehab Unit.
The successful candidate will have a BSc degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy and be registered with the Health Professions Council. You will have experience working as an assistant or volunteer within musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, or community settings and be able to demonstrate effective physiotherapy manual skills to assess and treat patients with neuro-musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the band 5 preceptorship programme and undertake regular supervision and reflective practice.
- Build up and maintain key relationships with referring services and the band 5 rotational services to facilitate appropriate referrals and an understanding of the role of the Physiotherapist and the Multi-professional team.
- Work in a variety of settings including clinics, clients' own homes, residential care homes, continuing care homes, and community centres.
- Support self and service development through active participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), in-service training, and by participating in any audit or research being undertaken by the service.
- Be compliant with the Trust's complaints procedure and take appropriate action as necessary in accordance with the procedure.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
