Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our community team in Central London. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with consultants, specialist GPs, nurses, clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, therapy technicians, and HCAs to manage patients in the community for up to 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Provide evidence-based clinical/therapeutic interventions to improve health outcomes and promote choice.
• Work in close collaboration with all other community agencies, including community matrons and district nursing services, in-patient and community-based therapy services.
• Feel confident in managing patients holistically in a community setting and working as an autonomous practitioner.

Requirements
• BSc degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
• Evidence of continuous professional and personal development relevant to rotations.
• Wide-ranging experience including musculoskeletal outpatients, adult/older people's rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, and neurology placements.
• Registration with the Royal College of Occupational Therapy.
• Evidence of leadership courses/training.
• Training on effective appraisal.
