About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our Physiotherapy team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to providing high-quality care to our patients.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist qualified physiotherapists in delivering rehabilitation services to patients. This may include supporting patients with exercises, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience working in a health and social care environment, particularly with adults with physical disabilities. You must possess strong communication skills, including the ability to adapt to barriers to communication. Basic knowledge of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy is also essential, as is experience working with the public and in a caring role.
