Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Bromley Magistrates Court, London.

As a key member of the criminal justice system, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals on probation into society.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of £26.30 per hour and provides flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role
  1. Case Management:
    • Manage a caseload of individuals on probation, conducting regular assessments to monitor progress.
    • Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans based on risk and needs assessments.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for probationers.
  2. Monitoring and Compliance:
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with probation conditions.
    • Conduct regular check-ins, drug testing, and home visits to ensure adherence to guidelines.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with community resources to facilitate successful reintegration.
    • Organise and participate in community programs aimed at preventing recidivism.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in probation, parole, or a related field is preferred.
