We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Crime Rehabilitation Specialist in London to play a crucial role in the criminal justice system.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals on probation, ensuring their successful rehabilitation and reintegration into society. As a Crime Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for case management, monitoring and compliance, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of individuals on probation, conducting regular assessments and developing individualised rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with probation conditions, conducting regular check-ins, drug testing, and home visits.
- Establish positive relationships with community resources and participate in community programs to prevent recidivism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in probation, parole, or a related field is preferred.
