Job Title: Business Crime Specialist

About Us: Jones Kemp is a leading law firm specializing in complex international disputes.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Crime Specialist to join our esteemed team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of cases, providing expert advice and representation in matters such as anti-money laundering, bribery and corruption, corporate investigations, criminal antitrust, cross-border issues, economic sanctions, financial regulation, fraud, insider dealing, international asset-tracing, tax investigations, and white collar crime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise on a varied caseload of business crime matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Liaise with regulatory and enforcement bodies as required.
  • Stay abreast of developments in business crime law and related regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A qualified lawyer with 1-5 years PQE.
  • Demonstrable experience in business crime law, including handling complex cases.
  • Strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
