Financial Crime Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Crime Specialist. The successful candidate will provide financial crime support to our clients, assist in managing client projects, and contribute to developing diverse compliance solutions.
The role will involve working closely with the Financial Crime team to deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining accurate records and systems. As a Financial Crime Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in writing and developing financial crime policies and procedures, providing administrative support for complex financial crime advice, transformation, and remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Crime Support: Assist in writing and developing financial crime policies and procedures, providing administrative support for complex financial crime advice, transformation, and remediation projects.
- Client Audits and Reviews: Participate in client audits and financial crime reviews, both remotely and on-site at client offices, ensuring excellent client service and building business relationships.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in financial crime regulation and guidance, providing recommendations for improvement and best practices.
- Team Support: Provide general team support for client projects, assisting in tasks such as data analysis, research, and project coordination.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree-level educated, demonstrating ability to analyze, problem solve, and understand complex regulation.
- Experience: Recent and relevant consultancy experience or experience in an in-house financial crime role is advantageous but not essential.
- Skills: Be numerate, articulate, and analytical, competent with all Microsoft packages, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
