Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients on their recovery journey.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and empathetic individual to work in a dynamic rehabilitation setting. As a Therapy Assistant, you will provide essential support to therapists and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload delegated by clinicians, undertaking basic assessments and interventions as required
  • Contribute to the evaluation of patient programs and progress, making minor adjustments in consultation with therapists/dietitians
  • Support therapists/dietitians with complex cases as needed, working collaboratively to enhance patient outcomes
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A good general level of education, including GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Completed courses relevant to therapy and/or dietetics
  • ECDL or formal qualifications in word processing and spreadsheets
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
