Opportunity for an Experienced HR Professional

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a HR Business Partner, based in Brighton on a permanent basis. The role involves working in both Central Brighton and Portslade offices, with hybrid working options available.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with current policies, procedures, legal requirements, and regulations.
  • Develop and support HR Advisors, providing additional assistance to the HR team when needed.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR inductions for new employees, exit interviews, and off-boarding procedures for leavers.
  • Provide expert training and coaching to managers for employee development.
  • Investigate complaints and grievances, following up with the Chief People Officer if necessary.
  • Support the Chief People Officer in driving business performance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring GDPR adherence at all times.
  • Oversee employment programmes, collaborating with HR Advisors for effective recruitment processes.
  • Liaise with external parties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

About the Salary:

The salary for this role is based on the company's internal compensation framework and takes into account factors such as location and market conditions. The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
