Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our New Seller Recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of third-party Sellers across key product categories on Amazon North America marketplace.

About the Role:

  • Lead recruitment and growth of third-party Sellers, driving new Seller life cycle across lead generation and qualification, recruitment, account management, and seller success/growth.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, analyzing data to define value propositions for selling on Amazon.
  • Review and monitor Seller performance, providing consulting advice to grow their business, including strategizing promotional plans.
  • Implement and track metrics to record success and quality of Sellers, using these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track account information and status of prospective Sellers, responding to business forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed operational metrics for managed accounts.
  • Share lessons learned with other teams within Amazon worldwide during project implementation and post-live support phases.
  • Create compelling value propositions around Amazon Seller Services for Sellers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets.
  • Support key internal stakeholders in driving change, removing roadblocks, and increasing participation by local Sellers with respect to the Amazon Business.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data.
  • Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Bahasa Melayu is advantageous.
