Spinwell's Property Expert Job Opportunity

At Spinwell, we are searching for a skilled Property Expert to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work with our team on various construction projects. You will be primarily responsible for the inspection of and overseeing repair and maintenance of Council-owned commercial properties.

We require a highly experienced individual with a degree in Building Construction or Surveying, as well as good general education to GCSE level or equivalent. Your extensive knowledge of facility management techniques and methods will enable you to specify work, determine priority, programme work, supervise contracts, monitor performance, and agree variations.

You should have experience conducting stock condition surveys of commercial property, understanding customer care standards, and possessing a good knowledge of health and safety legislation and building regulations.

Additionally, you should be proficient in using IT systems, have methodical and accurate working skills, and be able to work to tight deadlines. A valid UK driving license is also required.
