Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-related field, preferably within the construction or property sector
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Uncapped sales commission
