Enrichment Education Ltd is seeking an exceptional Drama Educator to join their team at an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school based in the London Borough of Redbridge.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students at Key Stages 3 and 4, and will be committed to providing excellent outcomes. The successful Drama Educator will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality lessons, as well as contributing to the development of the drama department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Drama teacher to work in a well-resourced and highly organised department, with opportunities for growth and development. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Demonstrate a real passion for teaching Drama and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to different learning styles.
  • Contribute to the development of the drama department and help shape the curriculum.

The successful candidate will be subject to various checks, including eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure, and full references. Enrichment Education Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must hold QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching Drama within a secondary school.
