Are you an aspiring or experienced Drama Teacher looking to inspire and motivate students in a thriving Secondary School in the Borough of Lambeth? EdEx Education Recruitment is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Drama Teacher.

About the Role

This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of Drama Teachers, inspiring and motivating students from KS3 to KS5. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Drama lessons, promoting positive learning through drama, and contributing to the development of the school's Drama Department.

The ideal candidate will have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it, with strong academics across the board, including a degree, A-Levels, and GCSEs. They must also meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level and be willing to listen to feedback.

In return for your expertise and enthusiasm, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from £38,766 to £50,288 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for TLR (Teachers' League Table) payments. You will also benefit from constant CPD, guidance from SLT/mentors, great work-life balance, lots of assistance with planning, and exposure to the network/trust.
