Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our clients team in Northampton. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the food operation and delivering a consistent, compliant, and profitable department in line with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Main Tasks:
* Assist in managing the food operation, working closely with the Head Chef and key stakeholders
* Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the customer experience
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
