Teaching Assistant for Challenging Behaviour

We are excited to announce that Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Independent Special Needs School in Nottingham. The school is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to pupils with Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour. They will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications and experience in supporting children with special educational needs. You should have a strong understanding of how to de-escalate situations and manage challenging behaviour.
This is a temporary to permanent position, and the daily rate of pay is £95-£115 per day (dependent on experience).
Please note that all applicants must have a valid DBS check and the right to work in the UK.
