Behavioural Specialist Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing behaviour plans to support students
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure student success
- Providing physical management and care for students as needed
- Engaging with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with challenging behaviours
- Strong understanding of child development and special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
