We are searching for a highly motivated Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at Empowering Learning's specialist school in Grantham.
Compensation Package£25,000 - £35,000 per annum
About this PositionThis is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and well-organised individual to support students with SEMH needs in a full-time, temp-to-permanent role commencing ASAP.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborating with teachers and teaching assistants to maintain a smooth classroom environment
- Providing assistance to students during lessons and extracurricular activities
- Developing and implementing individualised learning plans based on student needs
- Supporting students with daily care tasks
- Previous experience working with students with SEND needs
- Able to work effectively with students requiring significant support
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Passion for supporting and inspiring students with diverse needs
- Safeguarding training provided free of charge
