About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our asset management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within our CAFM system (MRI).

Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the property liabilities register, ensuring alignment with the budget, and flagging any concerns. You will also be responsible for approving rent and service charges payments, contributing to monthly billing, and communicating with stakeholders on asset management activities.

In addition, you will conduct site visits, assist with landlord and tenant matters, including lease interpretation, and support the Asset Manager with options appraisals for disposing of and acquiring new sites.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in commercial asset management, financial analysis, or a related field. You should have proven expertise in using CAFM systems and producing data reports using MS Office.

You will also need to have demonstrated stakeholder management skills, experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, and a background in working with facilities and project management teams.
