About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Works and Building Remediation Coordinator to join our team at Centrick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating major works projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend project team meetings and work closely with the Building Remediation Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Utilize our in-house project management systems to track and monitor project progress, setting tasks for colleagues or suppliers and chasing where required.
  • Work with the Resident Engagement Team to ensure residents are informed and up-to-date on project delivery.
  • Oversee and monitor Section 20 major works projects on the Centrick portfolio, liaising with regional managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and adhere to process.
  • Support with client reporting on projects and help progress dispensation applications to the First Tier Tribunal.
