About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Asset Management Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within our CAFM system (MRI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Asset Manager in developing and monitoring key property data within the CAFM system (MRI)
  • Assist the Asset Manager with annual budgets and documentation
  • Manage and maintain the property liabilities register, ensuring alignment with the budget
  • Flag any concerns, including approving rent and service charges payments, contributing to monthly billing
  • Communicate with stakeholders on asset management activities
  • Conduct site visits and assist with landlord and tenant matters, including lease interpretation
  • Assist the Asset Manager with options appraisals for disposing of and acquiring new sites

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least three years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field. You should have proven expertise in using CAFM systems and producing data reports using MS Office. Additionally, you should have demonstrated stakeholder management skills, experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, and a background in working with facilities and project management teams.
