About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at Provide CIC. As a key member of our MSK department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in Mid Essex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients using investigative and analytical skills, formulating individualised management plans and treatment programs.
  • Develop specialist-level knowledge in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, promoting clinical governance and excellence in patient care.
  • Participate in the appraisal and development of junior staff, providing clinical supervision and guidance as needed.
