About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our team at Provide CIC. As a key member of our MSK department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing your own workload effectively, and contributing to service development projects and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients using investigative and analytical skills, formulating individualised management plans and treatment programs.
  • Develop specialist-level knowledge in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to the measurement and evaluation of work and current practices through evidence-based practice, audit, and outcome measures.
  • Assist in the appraisal of junior staff and physiotherapy assistants, providing clinical supervision and support as needed.
